The whole place was clean and the staff were excellent. Good location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. The small onsite restaurant had a wide range of food. It's also great that this hotel is located just 2 miles from tourist destinations like Docktown Marina.

We were supposed to get two beds but got one. Breakfast was terrible and had nothing for my son to eat. The pictures make it seem decent when in reality it is run-down and needs improvement.

The staff here were really friendly and knew what they were doing. The room was recently redone and super spacious, plus it had a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a fridge. The services provided were on point. a 👌 experience!

The room was clean, the bathroom clean, we were in the back of the building so it was quiet. There was breakfast served. We had been told in the reservation there was none. The air conditioner worked well (it was 100 degrees outside).

The sidewalks and exterior were filthy, shrubs unkempt.

When we showed up I opened my door and there were dirty clothes hanging up. The housekeeper said "You need to wait 20 minutes and come back", it was 5 pm! We ended up asking for a different room and there was no couch bed as was advertised, at that point my daughter and I just took it. I typically never leave reviews like this, but it just felt shabby and dirty. Our card reader on our door didn't work either and I had to learn a trick from the front desk to get it to work. Won't be returning.

My tv stopped working on a Friday afternoon and I didn't check out till Sunday. They did offer a room swap but I had been there since Wednesday and was unpacked and settled.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Palo Alto area and had a positive experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to California's attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day of exploring. The service was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including toast, cereal, and fruit. Plus, the hotel had pet-friendly policies, which was a great bonus for animal lovers like myself.

Though the hotel itself was fine, the surroundings affected the overall experience.

Needed first floor accommodations. Received convenient location, close to parking/ not a Disability space but adequate, though one should have been close-by (but didn't see one). Room was adequate for a short stay. Close to Kaiser Hospital for needed early arrival. Very convenient.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of Days Inn. It was close to Stanford Hospital and easy to find. The spacious room had a clean and comfortable bed. The refrigerator and microwave were a nice addition, especially the large fridge. The gentleman at check-in was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The room was also located on the ground floor, close to a well-lit parking lot, which made me feel more secure. the facilities and amenities were great.

Breakfast mediocre. Room had only one set of towels and no bath mat. But housekeeping provided upon request. Stopper in sink needed repair, but this is common in many motels.
